Lotto betting

All residents of countries that online gambling is legal. However, lotto betting is still betting, and so you must be 18 years of age in order to play.

Our Lotto betting markets close approximately two hours before the official draw is held. To avoid missing out on your bet, you can choose to purchase more than one week upfront. Your bet will be placed each week for the number of weeks you selected.

My Account

You need to create an account to play on Press the “Create an account” button on the right side of the menu bar and fill in all the information required. When your account will be created, you will receive a welcome e-mail from us. Note that you need to be above 18 years old in order to create an account.

You can find your numbers by logging in to your account and going to "My Lotteries" (it can be found in “My account” section). There, you can find all your active purchases, along with your purchase history. Click on one of the boxes under the “My active purchases” section, and you can see a full list of your lottery lines.
If you can't find them, please contact our customer service and we will gladly help you.

You will get a notification to your email and a text message. If you win a big amount, we will contact you personally and congratulate you on your win. You can find your winning on your account under “Balance".

You have a 48 hour cancellation right. Should you wish to make any changes to your subscription or to cancel your order you can contact our customer service team Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 (closed for lunch 13:00 - 14:00), Friday 09:00 - 16:00 (closed for lunch 13:00 - 14:00).

Please note that you can’t cancel your purchase if you have logged in and activated your tickets.

Lottery bets that have been placed online cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been purchased. Before you place a bet on please make sure that all details are correct.

The notice period starts when you request to cancel your subscription. The notice period is always one month when purchase is made through phone.

We do a credit report in co-operation with the billing company Paylevo UK Ltd. Credit checks is done when you pay on credit (post pay billing). We do so to stop people in bad economic conditions to buy tickets. You can find more information about this in our terms and conditions.

You can withdraw your winnings from the "Withdraw" section in your account. You can use a regular bank transfer, where you will be asked for your IBAN * and SWIFT number** for the transfer approval. Since the costs of international payments are high, we will receive a fee of 5€ for this administration.

* IBAN is the international writing method for your bank account. Most often it has a country code, your bank identification number, and finally your regular bank account number, all in one row. If you feel insecure about this matter, ask your bank.

** SWIFT is the international ID of your bank. It can be found most often at the bank's home page. If you feel insecure about this matter, ask your bank.

Less than 20 euros will not be paid out because virtually the entire lift would cost the management fees for foreign payments. Instead, you can play in one of our many casino games or betting.

The account is personal, which means that the profit belongs to you as soon as it reaches the account. Therefore, the moves from it must be handled by yourself. For security purposes, we cannot transfer profits directly to customers' bank accounts. One of our customer service agents will review your withdraw request and the bank transfer will be completed after approval.

If you want to close your account, simply contact our customer service and inform them about it.

If you have forgotten your password, press the “Login” button and then choose the "Forgot password" option. Enter your e-mail address you used when registering your account and you will get a reset link to this e-mail address. If it doesn't work, then please contact our customer service and they will gladly help you with it.

To change your account information, you click on "My Account". From here, you can change your personal information under the “My Profile” section and finally click "Update". Note that you are not able to change your name and your country.

To deposit funds, simply log in to and click on your balance in the top menu to access your account page. Choose the “Deposit Money” from the side menu to go to the deposit page. You can deposit money to your account using your Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa).

Orders & Payments

If you are already a customer and you order tickets via phone, we can simply add them to your account through our system.
If you are not a customer and we have called you, then we can handle the creation of your account. We are going to handle the creation of your account. Your login details will be sent to you by email or/and phone. If you haven´t received your account details after 48 hours then kindly contact our customer service and we will help you!

If you are a Swedish customer and you completed your order over the phone and chose to pay by invoice the bills will be sent to your home address, your email and as a text message.

If you place your bet online, then the funds that have been deposited in to your account will be used.

Yes, you can use your wallet balance to place more lottery bets or order more of our Lottery Packages, increasing your chances to win a prize.

In case you have requested a call-back to buy one of our lottery packages, you can save yourself some time by depositing money in your account and wait for your call. If we haven’t reached you within a day, please contact our customer service via e-mail, phone or using our online chat to handle immediately your request.

There are lottery draws every day, so you have chances to win a prize during the whole week. If one of your tickets wins a prize, you will be automatically informed by email or text message. Your winning will appear on your account on our website.

No, you do not receive an actual ticket as you don’t buy a ticket in the real lottery. Instead, you receive an order confirmation that includes your bet details and a receipt number.

Prizes & Payouts

You win by matching numbers, just like in traditional lottery. To win the jackpot, you have to match all the numbers at the top of the prize table.

We base our prizes and results on the actual lotteries. We always mirror the official prize table except when the prize is greater than €50m. Where this is the case, the maximum a customer can win is €50m.

Yes, they are. We have an agreement with a number of reputable insurance providers, which guarantees that all the prizes will be paid in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The great thing about betting at is that we know exactly who the customer is, and so there’s no worries about losing a ticket or not claiming a prize. In most cases, we will know that you have won before you do!

All prizes related to international lottery draws are subject to the latest exchange rate, and so fixed prizes will fluctuate as the dollar makes gains and losses against foreign currencies.

Lottery Results

To see when each draw takes place you can go to the lottery tab and you will see a countdown to the next draw on each lotto. You can also click on the ‘next draw’ tab in this section which lists the draws in order of when they will next take place.

To see the latest results, go to ”Winning numbers” page from the main navigation menu. There, you can find the latest results, as well as results from several months ago, so that you can even use it to check any tickets you purchase offline.

Most lotteries are drawn live on television, or via the internet, and so as soon as we can get our hands on the results, we will verify and publish them. This sometimes takes a few hours whilst the winnings payable in the actual lottery are calculated, but should never take more than 48 hours.

If you call us and it takes too long for a reply, you can always try to contact us through our live chat, that you find on our website, or by sending us an e-mail. Lottery offers two ways to bet: Single Line Lottery Bets and Lottery Syndicates.

A Single Line Lottery Bet is similar to buying a lottery ticket but it is a bet on the outcome of the underlying Lotto draw. You choose your own numbers or use 'Lucky Dip', in which a combination of numbers is selected, add all your selections to your cart and then checkout to place your bet.

To place a Single Line Lottery Bet you must follow the next steps:

a) Choose the lottery you wish to enter from the Lottery page.
b) Select the numbers you want to bet on. You can either select your own numbers or use 'Lucky Dip' to play with randomly generated number combinations from You can use the 'Lucky Dip' buttons multiple times, to pre-select as many randomly generated number combinations as you want.
c) Choose the draw days. Some lotteries are drawn multiple times per week, so you can choose to enter one or more of the available draw days. If today is Wednesday, and the options Tuesday and Friday are available, the actual draws will go in the order Friday then Tuesday.
d) Choose the bet frequency. You can choose 'Just once', which means to play the chosen lines, on the chosen days one time (so if you chose Tuesday and Friday, it will play those days once each), 'Subscription', where a you will play the chosen lines every week until you cancel your subscription, or 'Prepay', where you will prepay for the following number of weeks in advance, and we will continue to place bets on those prepaid lines each week.
e) Add the Bet to your Playslip.
f) Go to the checkout to confirm your bet.'s Lottery Syndicates are a type of "lottery syndicate shares", in other words a great way of getting more chances to win. Each Lottery Syndicate can contain hundreds of lines, meaning you have hundreds of chances to win each week.

Lottery lines (number selections) are entered into a pool divided into 100 shares, and you can buy one or more shares. The more the lottery lines in the package you choose, the greater the chances to win a prize are.

The amount of shares you purchase influences how much you will win also. For example, if there are 100 total shares in a syndicate and you hold 10 of them, you receive one tenth of the winnings (so on a €1000 prize, you win €100). Buying extra shares does not increase the chances of winning, but if you win, you will win more, based on the number of shares purchased.

There are several different Lottery Syndicates available at and we are adding new and exciting Syndicates all the time. You can also choose from Syndicates with different amounts of lines. All of our Syndicates contain a selection of the world’s biggest lotteries.

We currently offer a wide range of Syndicate products.

Each of the syndicates contains a large number of lines from different lotteries; most syndicates have over 100 lines and some have in excess of 300.

The syndicates contain lines from the world’s biggest lotteries, such as EuroMillions and EuroJackpot.

When purchasing a syndicate you will receive 1 share out of a total of 300.

Any winnings will be divided between all shareholders.

To buy one of our Lottery Syndicates ou must follow the next steps:

a) Choose the syndicate you wish to enter from the Syndicate page.
b) Choose how many shares you want to purchase. You can choose one or multiple shares.
c) Choose the frequency you want to participate in draws. You can choose 'Just once', which means to play the chosen Syndicate for a single week (for the number of draws contained within the syndicate), 'Subscription', where you will play the chosen Syndicate every week until you cancel your subscription, or 'Prepay', where you will prepay for the following number of weeks in advance, and we will continue to place bets on the prepaid package each week.
d) Add the Syndicate to your shopping basket.
e) Go to the checkout to confirm your bet.

You can increase the chances to win a prize by increasing the number of shares or by choosing a Syndicate with a high number of lines or by doing a combination of both.

You can also buy more than one Syndicate. Since they all include different lottery lines, the more you buy, the more chances you have to win a prize every day!
